  • Deep cleaning is recommended for spaces that have not been cleaned in at least 3 months.

    It includes your standard cleaning in addition to more time detailing such as deep cleaning for bathroom(s), baseboards and radiators, interior windows, removal of pet hair, wipe down fingerprints from backsplash and wall, ceiling fan, move certain furniture around for deeper cleaning.

    If you are not satisfied, please reach out within 24 hours via email or phone and provide us with the information needed. We will gladly come back for a free re-clean or discuss other alternatives. Our goal is your satisfaction!

  • Weather you decide to be home or not, we guarantee a service of excellence.

    We will ask that entry instructions will be shared, you are welcome to stay during the cleaning.

  • Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. We understand that it is a privilege to be able to clean your home and while we take great care of your belongings should there be an unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of when the appointment is completed via email : info@simplymodernllc.com

  • Green cleaning a complimentary upgrade provided at your request. Please select Green cleaning at checkout or let us know when your booking and we will bring the necessary items to your home.

  • We apply a $75 cancellation fee to appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
